Fernando Geijo, Account Director
Fernando Geijo has a wide and proven professional experience advising companies for more than 20 years at Estudio de Comunicación. In these two decades he has developed multitasking functions such as: strategy design, crisis management, intangibles, financial operations, Media relations, Institutional Relations, Public Affairs, Networking, Events, CSR and business development support, among others. He has also actively participated in numerous financial operations and with the management of different crisis communication cases, both from the Madrid office and in our Buenos Aires and Mexico D.F. offices, as well as in Lima (Peru). Prior to joining Estudio de Comunicación in 1995, he worked at Spain’s public television service, as well as at newspaper Diario 16 and news agency Fax Press.
Fernando graduated in Journalism from the Complutense University of Madrid. He has also undertaken a postgraduate course at Yale University, and has participated in the writing of numerous articles and books specialised in communication and public relations, such as: ‘Internal Communication in the company’, ‘Financial Communication: Transparency and Trust’, ‘Business Communication’ and ‘#Communication: Leading solutions for a digital world’.
Fernando has been a UNICEF partner for years and is also passionate about science fiction and sports, especially running and swimming, as well as an inveterate traveler.
